Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept Affordable Child Care Benefit (Subsidy)?

Yes! Once you have applied and are approved, we can then fill our portion of the subsidy forms. It is your responsibility to maintain your account and keep your information up to date and current. Depending on your qualification, there could still be a parent portion of payment required. We strongly recommend applying for this benefit as soon as possible if you are looking for child care, as this process can be lengthy.

Do you qualify for the Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative?

Yes! YOU DO NOT need to apply for this initiative. Each year Tots Town applies and we are grateful to qualify for our upcoming year. This initiative helps families substantially with the overall cost of child care!
